Ms. Bernice Pearl Lockhart (born ca. 1908) was one of the earliest WAC's from Hot Springs, Garland County, Arkansas. She also served as physical therapist at the VA Hospital at Tuskegee. Bernice was the daughter of Edward S. Lockhart (1880-1941), founder and editor of the Hot Springs ECHO.
